Elliot is a Commercial Property Analyst at Absolute Value. He completed a Bachelor of Property in 2024 and previously worked as a letting agent specialising in apartment leasing within Auckland’s CBD.
In his current role, he analyses commercial property markets, supports valuation and advisory work, and provides data-driven insights across the Auckland CBD and city fringe. Outside of work, Elliot enjoys finding the best gluten-free food spots and getting involved in aquatic activities.
